    reminds me of when people say "the meek shall inherit the earth" - whoever said that, certainly, was not speaking of humans. after our nuclear war, we leave the earth to plants and cockroaches. weird to think of cockroaches if they've evolved to our point, 6 feet tall, slimy, buggy eyes and communicating about how the earth was formed. jesus i'm rambling, fuck me.

    and that "the meek shall inherit the earth"... I think that came from the bible.
